AGE
Students must be at least three years old by September 30th to register for classes. ATTENDANCE
Your monthly tuition reserves a place for you in a specific class. Attendance is expected in order to gain full benefit from the instruction provided. All missed lessons must be paid for. No Exceptions. MAKE-UP CLASSES
If two or more consecutive lessons are missed due to illness, a make-up class can be arranged. Please call the studio for a make-up class time. TUITION
Tuition is payment in advance for the month's instruction and is due on the first class day that the student attends each month. Tuition is $55.00 per month for each class. ($10.00 late fee, per class taken, for late payments.) A "grace" period is given until the 15th of the month. After the 15th, a late fee of $10.00 is added to the tuition for each class the student attends. If you are going to be absent, please mail your payment to the studio so that it arrives by the 15th of the month. Credit cards may also be taken over the phone during studio hours. Note: May and June tuition is a required combined tuition in order to settle all of our accounts before the end of the dance season. The combined tuition for the months of May and June are due by the 15th of May. AUTO PAY
Recurrent bill for tuition and costume fees may be made automatically through your credit card or checking account on the 1st of each month. Please fill out the form for this service, which is available at the front desk or print your own copy here. WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Parent must notify the studio to withdraw from a class in person, by phone, or email before the 1st of the new month in order to not be charged for the month. If not notified before the 1st of the month, full tuition is due. REGISTRATION FEE
There is a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee per student each session, due upon registration. FORMER STUDENTS
Must register by June 30th to be assured a place in the class of their choice. NEW STUDENTS
May register at any time and will be placed according to available openings. New fall registrations will be processed on a first come basis as of July 1st. It is highly recommended to register as early as possible. STUDIO CLOSINGS
